In 1996 our founder was approached by a large General Contractor/Developer in the beautiful mid-western state of Missouri. Deciding to relocate there proved to be an excellent career move. During his subsequent eight years with the firm he gained invaluable experience in commercial, industrial and institutional construction. Additionally, as he was promoted up through the organization a great deal of experience was gained in the areas of project management, cost estimating, the Design-Build method, contract administration and ultimately how to manage a large and thriving production division, which is where all of the above was delivered.
